Common inquiries about our scripts and licenses
Do I get the full source code?
Yes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, all of our PHP scripts and Laravel applications are delivered 100% unobfuscated. You have full freedom to modify the code to fit your exact business needs.
Regular vs. Extended License?
A Regular License allows you to build one end product where users are not charged (e.g., a free internal tool). An Extended License is required if you intend to charge end users for access (e.g., launching a paid SaaS application).
Can I remove the "Powered by" footer?
Regular Licenses require the 'Powered by OnWebCo' footer attribution to remain intact. Removal of this link legally requires an Extended License or a separate Copyright Removal Add-on to prevent licensing arguments down the road.
Are updates & support included?
Every script purchase includes lifetime access to future updates. You also receive 6 months of standard technical support, which can be extended to 12 months during checkout. Custom feature modifications require a separate quote.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of downloadable source code, all sales are generally final once the asset is downloaded. However, we will gladly issue a refund if the software is critically flawed and our engineering team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
