License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "Buy Now" button, downloading, or using any scripts, software, or digital products ("Software") provided by OnWebCo ("us", "we", or "our").

By checking the agreement box during checkout and downloading the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase, download, or use the Software.

1. License Grants & Attribution

OnWebCo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of the specific license you purchase:

• Regular License Grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work to create one single end product for yourself or for one client. The end product may be distributed for free, but end users must not be charged to access or use the end product.
  
  
  Attribution Rule: Regular Licenses require the 'Powered by OnWebCo' footer attribution to remain intact. Removal of this link requires an Extended License or a Copyright Removal Add-on.
• Extended License Grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work to create one single end product for yourself or for one client. Under this license, end users may be charged to access or use the end product (e.g., a paid SaaS application).
  
  
  White-Label Rights: This license legally permits you to remove the "Powered by" footer attribution and rebrand the platform entirely as your own.

2. Prohibited Uses (Restrictions)

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the raw Software source code.
• Offer the Software as a "white-label" or "reseller" product to third parties without purchasing the appropriate Extended License or obtaining prior written consent.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software and resell it as a competing script or template.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of OnWebCo or its affiliates without the proper license.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of OnWebCo. Your purchase is a license to use the Software, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying code.

4. Support and Updates

Your purchase includes access to technical support and software updates for a specific duration (default 6 months, unless the 12-month extension is purchased).

• Support covers bug fixes, general inquiries regarding standard features, and assistance with reported defects.
• Support does not cover server configuration, custom coding, third-party plugin conflicts, or hands-on installation services unless explicitly offered as a paid service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "As Is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall OnWebCo be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, server downtime, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or OnWebCo. OnWebCo may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from OnWebCo, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement (such as distributing the source code or initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks). Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your devices and servers. Your License Key will be permanently invalidated.
