Understanding the Licenses
Choose the Right License for Your Project
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
Every OnWebCo script is sold under one of two license types. Both grant you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the software to create one single end product for yourself or for one client. The difference between them comes down to one question: will your end users be charged to access or use what you build?
-
Regular License Included
Use the script to build a single end product where your end users are not charged to access or use it. Ideal for free tools, internal projects, or products you're not yet monetizing directly from users.
Attribution Required: The "Powered by OnWebCo" footer link must remain visible and intact on your end product. -
Extended License +$226.00
Use the script to build a single end product where your end users can be charged — for example, a paid SaaS platform, a subscription service, or any product with monetized access.
White-Label Rights Included: You may remove the "Powered by OnWebCo" attribution and rebrand the platform entirely as your own.
Attribution Rule
Regular Licenses require the "Powered by OnWebCo" footer link to remain intact on your end product at all times. If you'd like to remove this attribution, you'll need to upgrade to an Extended License.
Support & Updates
- 6 months of support is included with every purchase, covering bug fixes and general installation guidance.
- Need coverage for longer? You can extend support to 12 months for +$35 at checkout.
Not Sure Which License You Need?
As a simple rule of thumb: if you're planning to charge anyone — subscribers, advertisers, or clients — to access what you build with this script, you'll need the Extended License. If it's free to use for your end users, the Regular License covers you.
